I cant say that I agree with that about Palmer. I am not saying he is or is not the best choice, but really he has had some pretty good teams at Ervinton and St. Paul, 2 of the smallest football schools in the state.

So Palmer, who had by far the best record of any coach who coached at Ervinton including Curt Newsome, and has taken some sorry teams and done well at St. Paul, and is currently the most experienced head coach in Wise County, is not as good a choice as Turner, who has taken ZERO teams and done NOTHING as a head coach. Hmmm . . . .:doh:

I didn't say he had the most exp and how many coaches had winning records at Ervinton? Some people can get the kids to play, some can't. You are welcome to your opinion. I still think they will hire him. If he doesn't get the job, I'll still probably catch a few games.

How many years experience does each coach have that has been interviewed for the job? Who is your pick?
